Meet The Doula

My name is Terrah Mulligan and I am a DONA certified Postpartum Doula PCD(DONA) and a Certified Babywearing Educator through the Center for Babywearing Studies. I am a passionate advocate for families seeking to have a joyful experience throughout their pregnancy and postpartum journey. As a mother of 3, I recognize and appreciate how unique each pregnancy and baby is. Every time new life is brought into the world there are challenges and special circumstances that create a need for an individualized, curated approach when it comes to care and support. This approach should meet both the needs of the baby and all family members and should bring joy and light to the experience for all. So, whether this is your first time bringing a baby home or you are adding to your beautiful family, I would be honored to help and guide you along the way.

I came to postpartum work through my love of newborns and my desire to help families experience the magic and joy of pregnancy and postpartum without any of the fear that can come along with it. I have extensive knowledge and experience in providing support and education for infant care and development, infant sleep, infant nutrition, breastfeeding and formula feeding, infant massage, babywearing, and sibling transition. I offer additional services in curating developmentally appropriate toys and books for the first year, household and nursery organization, light meal prep, laundry and sibling care.

In 2025 I was certified as a babywearing educator through the Center For Babywearing Studies. I feel passionate about spreading my knowledge of babywearing with the families I support. I can help guide you towards the right baby carrier for your needs and educate you on how to wear your baby in a way that supports their development and safety.
